Symptoms

Failing to connect from WLS 12.1.3 with the provided JDBC 12.1.0.2 driver when using SSL with TLS 1.1. or TLS 1.2.
Connections to a database 12.1.0.2 work fine.  The problem happens when trying to connect via a Connection Manager ( CMAN) version 12.2.  CMAN 12.2 is required because CMAN 12.1 does not support TCPS.
