Weblogic Console Throws "Error loading jdbc/soaOIMLookupDB-jdbc.xml" (Doc ID 2401506.1)

Symptoms

When logging into the Weblogic Console and simply clicking on "Lock & Edit" followed by "Release Configuration" (with no changes made in WLS Console) then the following error is seen:

weblogic.management.provider.EditFailedException: Error loading jdbc/soaOIMLookupDB-jdbc.xml

It is possible this same error could be thrown for the following jdbc files as well:

oimOperationsDB-0237-jdbc.xml
oimApplicationDBDS-jdbc.xml
jdbc/oimMDS-jdbc.xml
oimJMSStoreDS-0269-jdbc.xml
