EBS UM Connector Not Clearing Out End Date On Enable User in OIM

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When Disable User process task of EBS connector is triggered it sets the end date in the target EBS Account and also OIM process form. But when account is enabled in OIM, the Enable User task does not clear the End Date in OIM and only clears it in the EBS target. Why is this happening?
