EBS UM Connector Not Clearing Out End Date On Enable User (Doc ID 2401524.1)

Goal

On Disable User, the EBS Account is End Dated. However, when Enable User is called for EBS Account, the End Date is not cleared out in OIM and therefore the EBS Account cannot be used to login to EBS.
