WL Server Being Restarted Manually Because the Applications Became Unresponsive (Doc ID 2402092.1)

The web application was getting unresponsive. WebLogic server logs show many threads in Stuck state and stack trace associated to JDBC activity.

This is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds. Stack trace:
