WebLogic installed 32 bit native library files instead of 64 bit on 64bit Windows 2012R2 and 64 bit JVM (Doc ID 2402191.1)

Download WebLogic 10.3.6 generic installation media from e-delivery, install it on Windows 2012 R2 with 64 bit JDK 1.7.0_80.

After install finished, there are only a named "32" directory under wlserver_10.3/server/native/win/32 directory. The name should be x64.

And this issue can be reproduced on the environment.
