Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Content Server

Unable to execute service method 'getUserAttributes'


When we login with administrator role, sometimes we receive a credentials error. The log says:

Event generated by user 'sysadmin' at host 'CIS'. Unable to query for list of roles. Unable to execute service method 'getUserAttributes'. Runtime error: java.lang.ClassCastException: java.util.Vector cannot be cast to intradoc.util.IdcVector

We are using a Credential map in order to map the AD group with the admin wcc role.
