Scan for ISIS Error Scanning "4500: Not enough memory" (Doc ID 2402970.1)

Symptoms

When scanning batches in Oracle Document Capture (Scan for ISIS) using a Kodak i3400 scanner, the following error is returned:

Error: 4500

The following error was encountered while scanning a batch.
4500: Not enough memory.

Paper is not pulled through the scanner feeder.  Tested with different Windows users. Only a single user has the issue, and it occurs for this user both in Capture and in the Kodak Scanner Validation Tool (when the ISIS driver is selected). Other users can scan in Capture without problem.
