OAM OAUTH Flow Issue

Trying to implement a basic OAuth Flow as per http://www.ateam-oracle.com/implementing-oauth-2-with-oracle-access-manager-oauth-services-part-i/

Observed same issue as mentioned in 

When trying to get the auth token from OAM as the browser client, have found that it is going to the showConsent page but it is returning a 302 redirect back to the redirect_uri.
In the HTTP Header trace log we can see the requests: https://mycompany.abc.dc.com/ms_oauth/oauth2/endpoints/oauthservice/authorize?client_id=browserClient&response_type=code&redirect_uri=http://localhost:port/ClientWebApp/index.html&scope=Customer.Info%20UserProfile.me
