We are using goldengate to generate xml trailfiles, which get consumed by downstream system. Intermittently it produces data with corrupted tag, which makes downstream to halt, and we have to manually fix corrupted trail file.
This was working fine with 11g RDBMS with goldengate version 12. However once we upgraded db to 12c and started using goldengate version 12c for 12c DB, we started seeing this problem. Initially we saw this problem with GG version 12.1(Version 126.96.36.199.11 21831216 OGGCORE_188.8.131.52.0OGGBP_PLATFORMS_151121.0201.1_FBO). however later on checking on metalink found few bugs which were fixed in GG 12.2. However we still see same (and even more )issue after migrating to 12.2(184.108.40.206.1 OGGCORE_220.127.116.11.0a_PLATFORMS_151211.1401_FBO)
