Problem Adding OGG As A Service On Windows 2012 (Doc ID 2404138.1)

Customer was facing issue while adding OGG manager as service on windows 2012, following was the message displayed:

G:\ISO_DUMP\ogg\12.2>install addservice

Error opening Service Control Manager

Install did not terminate normally!!!
