System Page - User Profile is the page used to display other users Profile details is not responsive when you resize the width and height of the browser.When resizing the browser the OOTB System Page - User Profile ,it does not adjust and there is no responsive design there.

At the same time, System Page - Profile is the page used to display your own Profile details.Resizing the browser makes the right columns goes to the bottom (responsive).

 Steps to replicate the case:

1.Access Portal as administrator and click on Administration link.
2.Navigate to system pages
3.Click on UserProfile page and it opens perfectly fine.
4.Resize (width and height of the browser)the browser the OOTB System Page - User Profile ,it does not adjust and there is no responsive design there .
5.Try to resize the another system page called MyProfile and it is getting adjusted and Resizing the browser makes the right columns goes to the
bottom (responsive).
