Symptoms

Cannot Create Asset with Blob Attribute Using XMLPost in WebCenter Sites 12c: java.io.FileNotFoundException: {blob path filename} (No such file or directory)

When attempting to create an asset that contains a blob attribute via XMLPost, the asset save fails.
