Unable to Upload 2.1 GB File via WEB-DAV with the Error csInconsistentFileLength (Doc ID 2405640.1)

When user uploads files with WebDav settings, they are unable to upload files more than 2 GB.

From Web UI;
User can upload 60 megabytes file.
User can upload 1.5 gigabytes file.
User can upload 2.1 gigabytes file.

From WebDav DIS ;
User can upload 60 megabytes file.
User can upload 1.5 gigabytes file.
User can't upload 2.1 gigabytes file. (*) Issue is here.

From Windows network place;

User can upload 60 megabytes file.
User can upload 1.5 gigabytes file.
User can't upload 2.1 gigabytes file. (*) Issue is here.
