Symptoms

When a user verifies a batch in WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) Web Verifier and then attempts to release the verified batch, the user receives a time out error.

Request timed out

An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request.

[HttpException (0x800004005): Request timed out.]

When a batch is released, the pop up message saying 'Loading..' remains for 15 minutes and then times out.
