WebCenter Content Repository Manger unable to search by revision number when it is greater than or equal to 2.

<Bug 13903280> : UNABLE SORT BY REVISION IN THE REPOSITORY MANAGER

To reproduce the issue

1. Open Repository Manager
2. Press the Define Filter button
3. Set Revision ID >= to 2
4. Press the Ok button
5. Check the box for Use Filter
