OIM-OAM 12c - Password Changes Are Not Working

OIM-OAM 12c integrated with LDAP Sync: After changing the password thru forgot password on OHS URL , not able to login using the new password, but able to login with old password.

Seeing the below error while changing the password .


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Access the OIM-OHS URL
2. Click on the Forgot Password
3. Change the password and try to login with new password.
