Satellite Server Corrupts (Modifies) the Parameter Passed in the URL (Doc ID 2407756.1)

Symptoms

Parameter passed through custom code to RSS (using a javascript that passes parameter through an ajax call) is incorrectly encoding the parameter value.

Using the parameter "zipcode" as an example, this should be https://server/rates?zipcode=54301 but the RSS zipcode parameter value is shown as "zipcode=[Ljava.lang.String;@5fb93205" (zipcode value comes as ??? [Ljava.lang.String ??? @5fb93205)
