Symptoms
Users are being timed out of a session when using WebCenter Content: Imaging AXF applications.
Within the javacache.log, the follow error occurs:

The server .out log displays:

at oracle.imaging.axf.service.AxfSessionManagerBean.lookupConversation(AxfSessionManagerBean.java:211)
