WebCenter Contetn: Imaging AXF Users Are Timing Out of a Session (Doc ID 2408017.1)

Symptoms

Users are being timed out of a session when using WebCenter Content: Imaging AXF applications.

Within the javacache.log, the follow error occurs:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.imaging.axf.data.Conversation

The server .out log displays:


J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.get
J2EE JOC-037 cannot find the following object"bdcfdd4f-cb41-4b86-a290-2ea505c4b667"
        at oracle.imaging.axf.service.AxfSessionManagerBean.lookupConversation(AxfSessionManagerBean.java:211)
        at sun.reflect.GeneratedMethodAccessor1233.invoke(Unknown Source)
