Importing Of GIF Mime Types Fails In the 12.2.1.3 Capture Client When They Worked In 11.1.1.9 (Doc ID 2408037.1)

Symptoms

Importing most commonly used image file formats using the 12.2.1.3.0 WebCenter Enterprise Capture Client.  It has been noticed that PNG, Multi-page TIF and GIF files always fail to get imported. The following error is returned when importing GIF and PNG files:

 These same files import without error in a 11.1.1.9.0 environment.
