Error in Evaluating task service XPath extension function bpm:getUserOrganizationUnit (Doc ID 2408106.1)

Symptoms

Issue is observed in bundle patch 25409907 (BPM version 12.1.3.0.170418) or later.
User has a BPM process where bpm:addBusinessCalendarDuration() in being used.
When load testing by creating instances of this process in a short time, some instances fails randomly with the following error in the logs:
