Not Able To Login To Oracle IPM Application and Getting "Error 1722: The RPC server is unavailable" (Doc ID 2408302.1)

Symptoms

Users are no longer able to log into the IPM WebExpress client.  The following error message is displayed:

object reference not set to an instance of an object in Web Client

The IPM Service log shows:

Error 1722: The RPC server is unavailable

 

Changes

 Moved to a new domain controller.
