OGG Manager was deleting trail files which were not read by all the coordinated threads. The issue was due to coordinator process of GG replicat  assumed that the checkpoint information is same for all the threads and hence the purged the trail files based on the condition set in the mgr parameter file.

It was also seen that some of the OGG Coordinated Threads do not have the same checkpoint information when compared via the info output. OGG manager was not checking whether  the checkpoint information for all the threads has crossed the trail file to be purged.
