Symptoms
A SOA application deployed to WebLogic Server is getting intermittent javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Bad response: 400 Bad Request errors when trying to access an NTLM based web service. Below error can be seen in diagnostic log:
Interestingly, it is confirmed that:
- If invoked the example:7147 web service from soap ui directly it works 100% times.
- If invoked the same web service example:7147 from Oracle SOA BPEL, it works sometimes.
