In Exalogic 2.0.6.X Virtual racks, when we start guest vServer from EMOC, issue of only one VNIC getting recreated on only one IB Switch is noticed.

This can be validated as follows

'mlx4_vnic_info -l' command on the guest vServer which is restarted returns only one VNIC interface as shown below.

GUIDs in above command for the guest vServer can be obtained by looking at the vm.cfg file. GUIDs will be in the line exalogic_vnic.
