Host is Missing From <link> Line in Datafeed XML File (Doc ID 2409667.1)

Symptoms

We are using Secure Enterprise Search (SES) to search for content items docs retrieved from Content Server via the SESCrawlerExport feeds.  If I do a search for a term, several items are returned to me in the search results of SES.

The hyperlink for each content item is like https://OHS_HOST/search/query/redirect.jsp?qid=2790&did=

When this is clicked, the browser should be redirected to a Content Server URL, e.g. https://OHS_HOST/cs/groups/public/@account/documents/document/abcd/efgh/~edisp/ucm_cluster1456759.pdf

For many items however, the redirect is missing the host, e.g. https://cs/groups/public/@account/documents/document/abcd/efgh/~edisp/ucm_cluster1511341.pdf

This, of course, results in an error such as "Firefox can't find the server at cs."

If the host is added before /cs, then the item is rendered properly.
