Error 503 "Service Unavailable" While Trying To Import An Application In APEX Builder Accessed Using ORDS (Doc ID 2409854.1)

APEX and ORDS 3.0.9

When attempting to import ANY application the following error occurs.

503 Service Unavailable while importing new application

1. Enter into APEX Builder
2. Select the Import Icon
3. Select an Application Export file and click Next
4. The error occurs instead of the file being loaded into the Repository

 * It is possible that the same error is seen while loading any file within APEX when using ORDS to access it.
