OAM - Duo two factor authentication issue (Doc ID 2409907.1)

On : version,  OAM - Duo 2FA Redirection Issue



OAM 11G R2 PS3 integrated with Duo for 2FA.

User is not redirected to requested protected page after second factor authentication with OAM/DUO. The user is redirected back to OAM for login.

User Challenged to enter PIN again.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access Application Protected by OAM

2. Redirects to Logon Page(Form Based - 1st Level)

3. Enter User ID and Password, Click Submit

4. Redirect to Duo Push Notification Page, Click Push Notification (2nd Level)

5. Receive an alert on phone where we have installed and configured Duo Mobile Application. Approve it(As per back end oam logs - user successfully logged by OAM and Duo. No error observed in oam diag logs)

6. User redirects to Logon Page instead of Protected/requested page.
Expected Result: User should be redirected to protected page
Actual Result : User is redirected to Logon page again.
