Slow application response leading managed servers to go to unavailable state. In the environment Nashorn OpenJDK was being used.

Following is observed in Thread Dumps

ExecuteThread: '44' has locked===> locked <0x00000007b620d838> (a jdk.nashorn.internal.runtime.CompiledFunction) and all others are waiting on it.
