Excel Hangs at Upload Options (Doc ID 2410889.1)

Symptoms

Customers using ADF Desktop Integration (ADFdi) with Windows 10 and Excel 2016 may experience Excel "freezing" or "hanging" at the prompt for Upload Options. The upload options dialog may be empty or partially empty and does not respond to the mouse.

Changes

So far, this problem has been reported only on Windows 10 and only with Excel 2016 installed from Office 365.

It has been confirmed with Excel versions Version 1804 (Build 9226.2114) through Version 1805 (Build 9330.2087).
