JBO error when trying to search for an entitlement in the catalog for specific disconnected applications. In this case only PSFT applications have this issue.
Logged into OIM
Clicked Request Access For Self
Clicked Entitlement radio button
Searched for PSFT (Pilot) application, entered P in the search field, clicked search button
Results are returned.
Clicked the dropdown to change the application and received the JBO error:
