OAuth Authorization Code is not Generated When the OAuth Consent Page is Rendered in a Non-English Language (Doc ID 2411763.1)

OAM OAuth is configured to require user consent to give privileges to an OAuth resource. If the OAuth consent page is displayed in a non-english language (Spanish, Portugese, etc...) then once consent is granted and the user is redirected to the redirect_uri the query string of the URL does not contain the authorization code but instead has "error=invalid_request".
