Error Activating Changes In The WebLogic Server Admin Console (Doc ID 2411931.1)

Symptoms

When trying to perform changes to the UMS properties on the Weblogic Admin Console, in the step involving pressing of the Activation Changes button, errors show up for every change attempted to be performed

- An error occurred during activation of changes, please see the log for details.

- The foreign object of name "xxxx/QueueConnectionFactory" cannot bind to JNDI name "xxxx/QueueConnectionFactory" because another object is already bound there of type weblogic.jms.client.JMSXAConnectionFactory
