Nodemanager started via WLST is taking a long time to start up (> 8-9 minutes).

WLST is started with the -Djava.security.egd=file:/dev/./urandom option:

and "-Djava.security.egd=file:/dev/./urandom" is defined in DOMAIN_HOME/bin/startNodeManager.sh/cmd but the problem persists.
