Goal

Improve performance of a slow running DSCC. When logging into the DSCC, authentication is slow to complete. After successfully logging into the DSCC, navigating to various pages or tabs is also slow. Rendering a particular DSCC page or tab may take up to a minute or two when it should only take a few seconds.
