Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of unable to ping IB Switches, ZFS heads & Compute Nodes from EC1 EMOC Control vServer is seen. However ping to Compute Nodes, ZFS heads and Proxy Controllers over IPoIB network works.
