Symptoms

Users emails are switched to an editable format when the email fails to check-into the WebCenter Content (WCC) Server via DIS (version 12.2.11263) Outlook Integration.   The failed check-in is moved to the WebCenter Recovery folder, the email changes to 'draft' format, which is editable.
