Users cannot log in to WebVerifier. Seeing error "Cannot initialize the script control of cedar project, because Sax Basic Control was not properly installed. Please check the installation of the sb6ent.ocx file". (Doc ID 2413411.1)

Symptoms

After a number of users log in to the WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) WebVerifier, (21 in this case; this error appears on the screen:

"Cannot initialize the script control of cedar project, because Sax Basic Control was not properly installed. Please check the installation of the sb6ent.ocx file".

When this occur, other users are not able to continue processing batches.

This is a new implementation of the WebVerifier.
