Symptoms

12.2.1.2.0 version Oracle HTTP Server Installation
Install OHS 12.2.1.2 in already existing ORACLE_HOME with Infra and WebCenter Content product.
In "Installation location" page after entering ORACLE_HOME directory installer returned following exceptions:

Top pane show following message:
  No Features are installed at selected Oracle Home

Error is displayed in bottom pane:
  INST-07319: Validation of Oracle Home location failed. The location specified already exists and is a nonempty directory and not a valid Oracle Home
