"Invalid Login Credentials" While Trying to Login as ADMIN User in the INTERNAL Workspace after Apex Upgrade (Doc ID 2413749.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade of the Apex and when trying to login into INTERNAL Workspace as the ADMIN User the following error appears.

"Invalid Login Credentials"

The error persists even after resetting the password using the script "apxchpwd.sql"

Changes

 The installation has been upgraded from the Version 5.1 to 18.1
