WFR Recognition Processor is Not Sending Some Documents to the Commit Processor Even Thought It is Set as the Post Processing Setting

Symptoms
The WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) Recognition Processor's post processing setting is configured to go to the Commit Processor; however, in some cases, the batch is not sent to the Commit Processor and there are no batch errors reported. The Recognition Processor logs shows the below message:
Batch is being released. No batch processor specified, batch will be unlocked and placed in a ready state
This is not happening to all documents. Most document process correctly.
