Managed attachments document list empty after 12c upgrade

Upgraded Webcenter Content from 11.1.1.8 to 12.2.1.3.

However, Managed attachments search before the upgrade displays a list of user documents, the same user can not see any of his documents in the upgraded system.

In working environment query parameters are as follows:

Processing callback on query value 'JOB_DATA1'
Processing callback on query value '819481'

In the upgraded 12c environment, query parameters are as follows:

Processing callback on query value 'JOB_DATA1'
Processing callback on query value '819481||||'

Notice the appended pipe characters:  819481||||
