WebLogic 11g (10.3.6) Console Authentication Access via OTD 12c Is Not Working using Chrome browser (Doc ID 2414155.1)

Symptoms

OTD 12c instance configured to connect to WebLogic 11g and WebLogic 12c Admin Server and Managed Severs in a Origin Server pools.

When accessing the  WebLogic 11g (10.3.6) Admin console using Chrome cannot login but works fine with all other browsers (IE, FF, Safari etc..). Also accessing to WebLogic 12c Admin Console works fine.
