How To Persist A User's Accessibility Choice In OIM

When a user logs into OIM, they have the option to click the "Accessibility" link to change over to Screen Reader/High Contrast/Large Font modes. This option only lasts for the single users session. When they log back in, they have to make the choice again. Is there a way to configure OIM so that it persists the user's accessibility option somewhere in the OIM database?
