Symptoms

ADF project went to Admin state under deployments section in Weblogic. 

weblogic.application.ModuleException: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
 

STEPS
-------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Deploy the application in the weblogic through JDevloper


Changes

 Database has moved to the new IP address
