When registering an integrated extract with the database because of the below error:

GGSCI (edb1qartp1 as ggadmin@qalc4) 4> register extract <extract name> database

2018-06-16 00:53:49 ERROR OGG-08221 Cannot register or unregister <extract name> because of the following SQL error: OCI Error 4,063.

2018-06-16 00:53:49 ERROR OGG-02042 OCI Error 4,063.
