Direct Roles Goes Missing After Sorting Role By "Role Name" (Doc ID 2415568.1)

Symptoms

For users that have both direct and indirect roles, the sort by Role Name option does not work properly, roles are not sorted alphabetically. Also some direct roles are missing even though they are visible if the user searches for the missing role. The issue appears when the user has a big-hierarchy list of roles assigned.

No error message is shown in the logs.
