Symptoms
Unable to connect to the OAG console using external URL that routs through a hardware load balancer.
The internal URL:
https://nodemanagermachine:port (these values represent the local machine hostname and port for the Node Manager machine)
is working fine
The external URL:
https://loadbalancerurl:port (these values represent the load balancer host and port being used)
is not working.
The initial screen comes up asking for credentials, but when the correct credentials are entered and an attempt is made to log in, a message, 'Login failed', is shown on the screen.
The load balancer is set to pass through https.
