WebCenter Enterprise Capture Import Source DropDown Is Not Displaying Drivers In Source Settings (Doc ID 2415683.1)

Symptoms

A single user on a single computer is unable to load the WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) Import Source drop down in the Capture Client. The following exception is returned:
