Can Only the Oracle HTTP Server, Which Comes Installed as a Part of Forms and Reports be Patched to a Newer Available Patchset? (Doc ID 2415937.1)

Goal

OHS ( Oracle HTTP Server ) comes as a part of 11g Portal, Forms and Reports installation. This also comes a separate Webtier install. The latest patchset available for 11g Webtier is 11.1.1.9. However, Forms and reports do not have an 11.1.1.9 patchset. The latest Forms and Reports version inf 11gR1 is 11.1.1.7 and in 11gR2 is 11.1.2.2. Both these versions come with 11.1.1.7 version of OHS.

This document is to clarify whether such OHS install ( that comes as a part of Portal, forms and reports) be individually patched to 11.1.1.9 release.
