EL Expressions Are Not Returning the Correct Value in MAF 2.5.0 but Work in 2.3.3 (Doc ID 2416130.1)

Symptoms

In MAF 2.5.0, selectOneChoice valueChangeListener is not working, whereas same code is working in MAF 2.3.3 properly.

In this app, there is a list of values whose actual values are populated dynamically using EL expressions, depending on the value of a first LOV.
Despite the values are printed in the log, they are not bound to the component, and the list shows up empty.
